Red Texas Tires is a semi-truck tire supplier and delivery service based in San Antonio. We serve owner-operators, fleets, and shops across the San Antonio metro area.

- Orders are placed online through our order form at redtexastires.com
- Delivery is available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM within the San Antonio metro area
- Customers select a preferred delivery day and time window at checkout
- Red Texas Tires will confirm the delivery window by phone or text message after the order is received
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or supplier availability
- We do not offer tire installation or roadside service — delivery only
- Customer must be present or designate someone to receive the delivery and make payment
- Payment is collected in full at the time of delivery — no advance payment required
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, and Credit/Debit Card
- A 3% processing fee applies to all card payments
- Prices shown on our platform include applicable Bexar County sales tax (8.25%)
- All prices are in US dollars
Payment is due upon delivery. Orders not paid at time of delivery will be subject to cancellation at the discretion of Red Texas Tires.
- Orders may be cancelled by contacting us at (210) 809-4537 before the delivery is dispatched
- Once a delivery is in transit, cancellation may not be possible
- Returns are accepted only for tires that are defective or incorrectly delivered
- Customer must inspect tires at delivery and report any issues immediately
- Red Texas Tires is not responsible for tires once they have been installed or modified
You may voluntarily opt in to receive automated text messages from Red Texas Tires by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our order form. Opting in is not required to place an order. These messages include:
- Order confirmation and reference number
- Delivery window confirmation
- Payment receipt and invoice notification
Message frequency: Typically 2-3 messages per order placed.

Red Texas Tires is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
We make no warranties regarding tire performance beyond what is provided by the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for ensuring tires are appropriate for their vehicle and use case.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
